Unless already done 2) Maintain all vaccinations and have the vet treat all or any concerns. 3) Will accept full responsibility for the care & well being of the dog. Care to include: Adequate housing and exercise Adequate grooming and nutrition Puppy and Dog vaccinations & annual vaccinations there after Dog will be housed in a fenced yard when not in the direct supervision of the adopters. DO NOT leave your pup or dog in a kennel longer that 2 hours in a day. DO NOT raise a hand or weapon to a dog or puppy. Dog will be tied, not running loose without supervision. Dog will not ride loose in the back of an open pick-up truck Puppy should not be allowed to jump from heights or over exercise until mature 4) Agree that Northern Interior Lab Rescue has the right to repossess this dog at any time upon proof that any part of 1, 2 or 3 of this agreement have been or being violated. And will then be reported to “All” animal associated rescues, shelters, breeders, etc… 5) Realizes that if at any time you wish to rehome this dog, that we the Rescuers have first option to have the dog back or will assist in the dog’s placement whenever possible. I hereby forever release, discharge and agree to hold harmless and indemnify the “Northern Interior Lab Rescue”, its members, and agents from all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, or liability of any kind whatsoever arising as a result of or in connection with the adoption or other disposition of the above named dog.
